   Hale Farms is a diversified farming operation located in Eastern Oregon. With over 23,000 acres under cultivation, our major crops are potatoes and onions. Annual yields average 250 million pounds of potatoes and 175 million pounds of onions. Our other crops include green peas, sugar snap peas, garlic, sweet corn, field corn, alfalfa, wheat, and barley. Hale Farms has won numerous awards for excellence in crop production.

   Hale Farms has several long relationships with major national and international food processors. Our facilities include 100 million pounds of refrigerated potato storage. In addition, we work in partnership with Hale Transportation and American Onion to deliver the freshest possible produce.
